Vanity Isn't A Sin Review:
This perfume is just devine, it is a beautiful scent consisting of Passionfruit, blood oragne and cherry as the top notes. The heart of the perfume is tiger orchid, mango blossom and hibiscus with the base being teak wood, amber and musk.
The scent is young, fresh and beautiful, it really is the prefect perfume to wear during the spring and especially the warm summer months.
The bottle reminds me of the summer sun with its bright orange glow, the shape of the bottle I think is very exotic, like I would imagine a perfume bottle to look like from a far off land, where the sun is hot and the winds are warm.
The Perfume comes in 15, 30, 50 and 100ml bottle with an additional collection of body care a 200ml golden shimmering body lotion and 200ml energizing shower gel. These are perfect it you are a person who likes to layer their scents.
This perfume would have to be one of my most favourite perfumes for summer, I would most certainly buy again when I have run out.

Vanity Is Not A Sin Review:
I am not a fan of Paris Hilton, in fact in her heydays (10 years ago) I could hardly stand her, but one day when I was out shopping I casually wandered into my price line store actually hoping to get CK Be on sale as at the time they had a huge discount off all of their perfumes and colognes, Imagine my disappointment at finding out that there was no CK Be in the store, Wandering around at a loss of what I was going to do (I really had my heart set on that perfume) I noticed down on the bottom shelf was a Paris Hilton Perfume Fairy Dust. It was normally $69.00 but they had it on sale for only $17.00 Imagine my delight at finding this sale !!
I snapped it up before anyone else could get their grubby little mitts on it !! but then I couldn't find a tester any where so here I had an expensive perfume for a fraction of a price and there was no tester or sampler any where in the store, Oh, the problems of a 21st century woman !! I was a bit hesitant in buying the perfume with out sampling it first. Thoughts of "what if I don't like it". "What if it is really horrible" bounce through my head, But I thought for $17.00 I couldn't go wrong, So I purchased it and went on my Mary way.
My first thought upon opening the blue glittery box that has Hilton on it dressed as a fairy holding a wand, Is that I really liked the shape of the bottle, It is difficult to describe but from the photo I will insert you will be able to see for yourself. It is different and unusual, it also has a little fairy embossed on the bottle with Paris's name written in blue on the lid.
At first smell I was a little unsure of it, for something that is named fairy dust I thought it would have a very sweet scent, this one is more of a flowery scent.
The Opening notes: Processo, pink peony and orange blossom.
The heart Notes: spring gardenia, peach nectar and lotus.
The base Notes:patchouli, cashmere, musk and vanilla cream.
I wasn't all the keen on it when I first sprayed it, it was very overwhelming and made me catch my breath or it could have been the amount that I tried to drown myself in.
But half an hour later I was constantly sniffing my arm I couldn't get over how lovely it smelt, To me I smelt like I had fallen over into a lovely flower garden and a plus is my fiance also likes to scent as well. So I most definitely will repurchase this perfume in the future.
It is a lovely fresh flowery scent for spring or summer. I would recommend adding a little bit of Fairy Dust to your perfume collection.

Vanity Is Not A Sin Review:
Growing up as a child and as a teenager I was never a real fan of Hello Kitty I just couldn't see why people thought she was so cute but as I grew up and older I have come to realise just how cute she is, she is freakin' adorable.
These perfume body mists are sooooo purrfect for summer, with their fresh sweet fun loving scents, You don't have to look at the name of the product to know what the scent is meant to be.
I have two of them the Bubblegum and the Musk stick, and now that I know there is a third Hello Kitty one in Melon I am going to be hunting that down too soon. I paid full price for each of them they retail at $4.95 each or you can always wait till Coles has them on sale and knocks a few dollars off them.
They look just like a normal deodorant cans with a picture of Hello Kitty on the front with her signature red bow, they are a good size (75g) to pop into your handbag or your school bag to use to freshen up during out the day. I would most certainly purrchase these products again, they are just to cute and full of sweetness.
Even tho these are labelled as a perfume they are not as strong as one and don't have the staying power of a perfume either, but they have a pretty good staying power for a body mist. Tho I have to say if you are not a fan of sweet scents then these are not for you, but if you are tired of the same old scents and want to spice up your body mist collection then I really recommend giving these a try and at an affordable price you really can't go wrong.
They would also make a great present as a little something extra for the sweetie in your life.

Australis Duos (Highlighting and Contouring)
Price: $12.95
Shades/Colours:
Rosy Bronze – matt bronzer/dark pink blush
Sun kissed Gold – bronzer/illuminator
Sun kissed Glimmer – shimmering bronzer/light pink blush
A Sweet powder compact that both highlights and contours giving you a sculpted look like a supermodel.
Vanity Is Not A Sin Review:
I was extremely excited when I found these Australis Highlighting and Contouring Duos, I could barely contain my excitement. I purchased the Sun kissed Glimmer and Rosy Bronze. They were on sale for $3 each they normally retail for around $12.95. So I was also excited about the savings too as savings means, more money to spend on more products lol.
The duos come in adorable little black compacts with the Australis name written on it, when one opens the compact, inside you will find two compartments.
In the first compartment is a little brush which I am sure is made out of synthetic hair. When you flip that over in the seconded compartment is where you will find the products and a mirror. On the left side of the compact is the bronzer/contour powder and on the right is the blush/highlighter, just using your brush swirl it over the two products and when applying to your cheek bones make sure the bronzer/contour is down and the highlighter/blush is side up.
Fairer girls like myself tho do have to be careful when applying the bronzer/contour when I was applying it, it was just a little to dark for my skin tone so less is more with the bronzer/contour if you are fair but if you do find that it is a little to dark for your skin tone or you have applied to much product just simply get a big fluffy brush and blend it out a bit more. You can also apply some of the product underneath and just along your jaw to archive that defined jaw line.
The Sun kissed Glimmer duo can also be used as an eyeshadow with the highlighter applied to the eyelid and eyebrow areas and the bronzer applied to the crease, so it is one little compact but it can be used for a lot.
These duo compact do not have a scent to them and they have a really good staying power, They are a good size to pop into your handbag to use through out the day for a quick and easy freshen up after lunch, one thing I wish they did have tho is the name of the product on the bottom of the compact so you know what shade you are using but for those easily confused i.e myself just keep them in the cute little box they came in to remember their shades, they are perfect for summer to get that bronzed sun kissed look, like you have been on holidays to St Topaz.

Vanity Is Not A Sin Review:
What can I say about these lip glosses, I was a bit weary at first when I realised they were a plumping lip gloss, a minority of women do want full, pouty lips but so many are put off by the stinging and burning sensation that plumping lip glosses can cause, I am most certainly one of them, many times I have been unable to bear the burn from plumping lip glosses and have had to remove the product after a few minutes with no results at all other than red lips and smeared lip gloss after trying to get it off in a hurry with tears in my eyes from the burning sensation.
So you can see why I was a big hesitant to try these lip glosses, but to my pleasant surprise and much delight when I applied this product with hesitation I found that there was no burning stinging sensation on my lips at all, I was over delighted that I have found a lip gloss that does in deed plump the lips with no burning sensation, it is a little difficult to describe the sensation it definitely doesn't sting or burn but it does make your lips feel like they are becoming fuller and upon looking into the mirror to inspect my lips, they are a little fuller while you definitely won't be walking around looking like you just got collagen injections(trust me that's a good thing) you will have a slightly more pouty lips.
The colours are beautiful, you can put on a single coat for just a hint of colour or put on a little bit more for the true pop of colour. There is 10 gorgeous shades to choose from. I have two, I have "#3, L.A Nude and #4 Lust Me". I did not purchase these products at full price #4 Lust Me I brought a magazine and the lip gloss came with it (but really I just brought the magazine for the lip gloss) and #3 I received with my monthly Glossy box.
The product comes in a traditional lip gloss tube and they come with an Flexilip applicator, the product is the perfect size to pop into your every day handbag or your evening purse, the tube doesn't take up much space at all. You also get a lot of product with the tube sizing being 14gs. The products is a little on the pricey side at $39.95 but on the Mirenesse website at the time of writing this article and it being published they are offering 20% off their Mirenesse 3D Forever Lip gloss, So if you are looking for a plumping lip gloss with out the sting and the burning sensation than this lip gloss is most certain worth its price. I highly recommend it.

Vanity Is Not A Sin Review:
I was pleasantly surprised by these little balls of coca butter goodness, I will admit I was hesitant at first, mainly because I can not stand the smell of coca butter but just imagine my delight when I tried this product and fell in love with the scent straight away. It honestly reminds me of something from my childhood and it must be a good thing as I didn't drop it and run screaming away from it.
The formula is non greasy and non sticky and it doesn't make you feel like you are wear a ton of product either. The colour is very light while it might look bright and popping in the packaging it in fact only gives a hint of colour on your lips, which is great if you have never worn coloured lip cosmetics before and want to but are a little frighten of colour.
The packaging is absolutely adorable the way I describe it would be a little ball then when one opens the packaging inside you will find a generous amount of lip butter and a mirror. They are the perfect size and will fit into your bag or make up bag with out taking to much room, They are also smash proof I dropped mine within seconds of getting it out of the packet it fell to my vanity table with a very loud crack and I was sure that it would have broken but to my pleasant surprise it will still all intact and not broken. So it is a tough little thing.
I have two (2) of these lip butters one I purchased myself and one that I actually won in an Australis competition, I have "Brownie Points" which I purchased myself and "Tall Poppy" which I had won.
I really do recommend these products as they are a perfect lip butter to wear all year round in summer to protect our delicate lips from the harsh Australian sun and in Winter to protect against the freezing winds.
